Our Warranty Commitment

At Cloudora, we design our modular sofas with comfort, durability, and everyday living in mind. We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why every eligible Cloudora sofa includes a 3-Year Structural Warranty.

This warranty gives you added confidence that the core structure of your Cloudora sofa is protected against qualifying manufacturing and structural defects.

What’s Covered

Cloudora’s 3-Year Structural Warranty begins on the original date of delivery and covers qualifying defects affecting the structural integrity of your sofa.

Coverage includes:

• Structural failure or breakage of the sofa frame resulting from a manufacturing defect

• Defective joints, brackets, or connectors

• Defects in internal structural components that affect the stability, support, or proper alignment of the sofa

Warranty coverage applies under normal residential use and when the product has been properly assembled, used, and cared for.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

• Changes in cushion firmness, shape, or softness over time

• Fabric wear, fading, pilling, stretching, or discoloration

• Stains, spills, burns, cuts, scratches, or other surface damage

• Damage caused by pets

• Damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance, or use of unsuitable cleaning products

• Damage caused by improper assembly, moving, transportation, or storage

• Damage resulting from alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

• Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than normal residential use

Each warranty claim is reviewed individually. Cloudora reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies for coverage under this warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Cloudora sofa has a structural defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team and provide:

• Your order number

• Your original purchase or delivery date

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the affected area

Our team may request additional information or, where necessary, arrange an inspection to properly assess the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Cloudora will determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the defect. This may include a repair, replacement component, or replacement module, at Cloudora’s discretion.

Replacement Parts & Products

If a replacement part, module, or product is provided under warranty, the original warranty period will continue to apply.

Providing a replacement does not restart, renew, or extend the original 3-year warranty period.

Our Commitment to You

Your Cloudora sofa is designed to be a comfortable part of your home for years to come. While normal wear and accidental damage are not covered by the structural warranty, our team is always available to help answer questions and determine the best available solution.

After receiving your claim, our team may request clear photos or videos showing the affected area and any additional information necessary to assess the issue.

Once the assessment is complete, we will contact you by email regarding the outcome of your claim. Approved warranty claims may be resolved through a repair, replacement part, or module replacement depending on the nature of the issue and the appropriate solution determined by Cloudora.
