Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Delivery time: Cloud Couches ship within 4-7 days of order confirmation.

Shipping cost:

• Free shipping on all orders delivered within Ontario.
• Orders shipping outside Ontario: Contact us for shipping cost

Delivery method: Your order is delivered by courier directly to your door. Someone should be available to receive the delivery, as our couches are  shipped in multiple boxes.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays: While we aim to meet the timeframes above, delivery may occasionally be affected by high demand or courier delays. We'll notify you if your order is significantly delayed.
