Are all the covers removable?

Yes. Every cover — seat, back, arms, and even the frame — fully unzips and can be removed for cleaning. Designed for real life, pets, and families.


Is CLOUDORA fully modular?

Absolutely. Rearrange it anytime, create new layouts, or expand it later. Your sofa adapts as your space evolves.


Do the modules stay securely connected?

Yes. Each section locks in underneath to prevent sliding. The ottoman remains movable for flexibility.


Can I add more pieces in the future?

Yes. Additional modules can be purchased later so you can grow your CLOUDORA setup anytime.


Is the frame strong and durable?

CLOUDORA is built with a solid hardwood frame designed for stability and everyday use. It’s made to last.


Will the cushions lose their shape?

No. The cushions are supportive and plush. Occasional fluffing keeps them looking full and comfortable.


Why do my cushions look compressed after unpacking?

They are vacuum-sealed for shipping. Allow 24–48 hours for full expansion and gently fluff to restore shape.


What if my couch gets stained?

Simply unzip and remove the covers. Spot clean small spills or machine wash when needed.


Sizing & Fit

How do I know if it will fit in my space?

All dimensions are listed on our product page. Since CLOUDORA ships in modular pieces, it fits through most condos, elevators, and hallways with ease.


What if it doesn’t fit after delivery?

We recommend measuring beforehand. If needed, our 30-day return policy has you covered.


Shipping & Delivery (Ontario)

How fast is delivery?

• Same-day or next-day delivery within or near Toronto (when available)
• 5–7 business days across Ontario after shipping

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details are sent as soon as your order ships. Although it depends on the area of delivery. we deliver same or next day in Toronto and nearby areas.

Yes. Contact us and we’ll coordinate a delivery time that works for you.


Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

You have 45 days from delivery to request a return if you’re not fully satisfied. Please check our return policy to find out if you are eligible for a return.


How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.


What if my sofa arrives damaged?

Notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or repair.
